Health and Awareness.

Dear Parents,

We have observed that many students are feeling drowsy, experiencing vomiting sensations, and lethargy during examinations. Upon being sent to the medical room for rest, they often fall into deep sleep. After waking up, many students admit to having stayed up late, often until 2 AM, 3 AM, or later, which affects their performance and leads to missed exams.

To ensure your child performs their best, we kindly request that you encourage them to maintain a healthy sleep schedule, especially before exams. Please ensure your ward goes to bed by 11 PM at the latest.

Your support in this matter will greatly contribute to your child's success.
